Broke as a Joke

The JG reports that the Allen County GOP only has $99.05 in the bank but over $47k in debts. Whatever happened to fiscal responsibility? I’m sure those working to oust chairman Steve Shine are also trying to suppress contributions - he might be in more trouble than I thought…

    The Kelty-Peters primary fight is the gift that keeps on giving, if you are a Democrat in Allen County.

    Mr. Shine’s move to disband the advisory board was probably the one of the last nails in his political coffin.

    It wasn’t the “advisory board”, it was the “executive committee” and IMHO, it was the best move Shine had made in years, regardless of what it did for his political career.

    And, for the record there was no Kelty-Peters fight. It was in-fighting amongst the party elitist. Kelty and Peters both had nothing to do with it.
