Tim Pape evidently believes there’s a problem with having “citizen journalists” on any of the city’s boards or commissions as that presents some sort of conflict. Am I the only one that sees conflict of having developers on the plan commission? Has councilman Pape ever spoke against that?
Has any public official? I’m just saying…
