Plan Commission Vote Delayed One Week

Ken Neumeister made a motion to delay the decision 1 week until next Thursday at 10am. Bill Brown tried to amend the delay to 30 days but that was not accepted. Commissioner Brown votes against the delay because that would only send it back to the executive committee and he wants it to go to the full plan commission. After some discussion with the lawyer Brown agrees to allow the delay to go forward (it has to be a unanimous vote) after learning that he can still vote against it at that point and would then go before the full plan commission.
Hopefully this will give time for ACRES to work out a deal with Bodenhafer and all this will go away…
