Tax Abatement Suggestions

Readers might remember that councilmembers Karen Goldner and Liz Brown have come up with a draft revision to the city tax abatement policy. I would encourage everyone to read their proposal and provide feedback via the city’s website.

There were some suggestions left in comments here and I will be forwarding those on to the city but there are still a couple of days left to provide your feedback. Significant changes are very likely going to be made to the current policy and now is the opportunity to have your say.
